Contract for sale
The advertising of products on this site is an invitation to treat. That means your order is an offer, not a contract between you and us, so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you have received confirmation of order by email dispatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.

In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email.
Please note, where a chain length has not been selected an 18" chain will be supplied.
Saltire Jewellery reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.
Defective and damaged items
If you should receive an item that you consider defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days whereby we will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item or refunding the amount paid.

Guarantee / Cancellation
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee on return of goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 30 days of receipt of the product and to return it for a refund. You will need to post back at your own cost.
However this cancellation period does not apply to body piercing products including pierced earrings. As long as the goods are returned to us in perfect condition and once we receive them, a full refund less postage will be credited by the payment method used by the purchaser. Please note we must receive goods back within 14 days.
If you have realised you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong item, let us know via email and we will contact you to resolve the mistake.
Returning a product
Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 30 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a refund.
